Elk and Ruby to provide book prizes at Sigulda, Latvia rapid tournament

We are delighted to announce that we are providing book prizes at the Baltic States – Sigulda Rapid Chess Championship taking place on 3-4 October 2026. The town of Sigulda will forever be associated with the great Latvian attacking player and theoretician International Master Alvis Vitolins.
